ATMS Expert- Upcoming Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced ATMS Expert to lead the planning, implementation, integration, operation, and maintenance of Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in intelligent transportation systems, traffic monitoring technologies, communication systems, and smart mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage ATMS and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions.
• Supervise integration of traffic surveillance systems, adaptive traffic control systems, VMS, CCTV, ANPR, and command-control platforms.
• Monitor ATMS performance and ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Conduct technical evaluations, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Develop technical specifications, SOPs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze traffic data and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and communication network reliability.
• Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and incident management.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operational teams.

Required Qualifications

• BE/BTech or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in ATMS/ITS projects.
• Proven experience in traffic management systems, smart city projects, or transport technology infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ATMS/ITS architecture and integration.
• Experience with CCTV, VMS, ANPR, traffic sensors, fiber communication, and control center operations.
• Understanding of networking, servers, databases, and communication protocols.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with national/international ITS standards and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Smart City, Highway, Metro, or Urban Traffic projects preferred.
• Certifications related to networking, cybersecurity, or ITS systems will be an added advantage.
