Civil Structural Expert-Upcoming Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Structural Expert to oversee structural design, analysis, execution, and quality assurance for civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in structural engineering, construction practices, safety standards, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and supervise structural design, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure structural quality and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Inspect project sites and provide technical guidance for structural execution.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure timely resolution of structural and construction-related issues.
• Verify quality control procedures and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and civil infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, and structural design principles.
• Familiarity with IS codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Experience in project execution, site supervision, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, smart city, transport, industrial, or government projects preferred.
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques and project management practices will be an added advantage.
