Cyber Security Expert -Upcoming Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cyber Security Expert to safeguard organizational IT infrastructure, networks, applications, and data assets against cyber threats. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment, security operations, incident response, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Monitor networks, systems, and applications for security breaches and suspicious activities.
• Manage incident response, threat mitigation, and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Implement endpoint, network, cloud, and application security measures.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders for security enhancements.
• Review and strengthen access control, identity management, and data protection mechanisms.
• Prepare security audit reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), IoT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, MCA, or related field.
• Mandatory certification in at least one of the following:
  • CISM
  • CISA
  • CISSP
• Minimum 6 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and SOC operations.
• Knowledge of cloud security, network security, and application security.
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Strong incident response and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Smart City, Critical Infrastructure, Government, or Enterprise Security projects preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or CompTIA Security+ will be an added advantage.
