Job Description:

• Provide specialist HR expertise for large-scale infrastructure/railway project assignments.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong experience in HR operations, manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce management and HR administration.
• Experience in managing manpower requirements for large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams will be preferred.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, HR policies and project-level HR coordination.
• Coordinate with project management, functional teams, contractors and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
• Relevant project/consultancy/infrastructure sector experience will be an advantage.
