Position: Finance Expert

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the infrastructure finance sector.
• Experience in financial modelling, project finance, financial analysis, budgeting, and investment appraisal.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ports, Inland Water Transport (IWT), Maritime, or similar infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial models, project cost estimates, and financial feasibility reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Support project financing, PPP analysis, and funding strategies.
• Assess project viability and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, financial institutions, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and project financial requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure finance and financial modelling.
• Experience in project appraisal, PPP projects, and financial risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Ports and Inland Water Transport (IWT) projects will be highly preferred.
