Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, MIS, and status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• BE/BTech in any relevant engineering discipline.
• MBA from a recognized institute/university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale or multi-functional projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing/infrastructure/IT/operations projects preferred.
