Safety Officer
Position: Safety Officer
Qualification: Technical Graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety/OHSAS/NEBOSH (preferred).
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar infrastructure or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at project site.

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.

Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.

Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

Organize safety training and awareness programs for workers and staff.

Coordinate with contractors for implementation of safety measures.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and HSE practices.

Risk assessment and incident investigation capability.

Good communication and training skills.

Familiarity with OHSAS/ISO safety systems.
