Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hydrographic surveys, investigations and measurements, bathymetric surveys, dredging surveys, and dredging quantity estimation.
- Experience in surveys for Ports, Inland Water Transport (IWT), River Engineering, Navigation Channels, Waterways, or Marine Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Familiarity with modern hydrographic survey equipment and survey data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and conduct hydrographic and bathymetric surveys.
- Carry out investigations, measurements, dredging surveys, and dredging quantity estimation.
- Process, analyze, and interpret survey data for engineering and design purposes.
- Prepare survey reports, charts, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable survey standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of hydrographic surveying principles and bathymetric data analysis.
- Experience with DGPS, Echo Sounders, Total Stations, RTK GPS, and hydrographic survey software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data processing tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and technical coordination skills.
- Experience in Ports, Inland Water Transport (IWT), dredging, river engineering, and marine infrastructure projects will be highly preferred.
