Position: Team Leader
Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Post-Graduation in Port/Harbour/Dock Engineering will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Barrage, Weirs, Dams, Navigation Locks, or Hydel projects.
• Experience in design, DPR preparation, construction supervision, or operation & maintenance of Water Metro Terminals and/or Ferry Terminals is highly preferred.
• Experience in multiple assignments related to water infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Candidates associated with their current organization for more than one year will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Manage planning, design coordination, and execution of water infrastructure projects.
• Review DPRs, engineering designs, drawings, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical standards, and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance throughout project planning, design, construction, and commissioning.

• Expertise in hydraulic and water infrastructure engineering.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and technical decision-making.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills.
